If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase or service, We invite You to review our policy on refunds or withdrawals.

Interpretation and Definitions

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Website means the software program provided by the Company used under the name “Kashewnut”
Company refers to Envicto Marketplace Private Limited registered under Company Act 2013 having registered office at 131 Siddhnath Complex, KV Road, Jamnagar-361001.
Deposite refer to the funds you have transferred into your Kashewnut account.
Service refers to the services provided on website.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to seek a withdrawal of your Deposit without giving any reason for doing so.

We will reimburse You no later than 7 business days from the day on which you initiate a withdrawal request. We will use the bank account as You have provided while initiating withdrawal.
